HR - Talent Training and Development

What will my functions be?

  • Training:
  • Development of training plans and programs (for both national and international contexts)
  • Management of technical training through internal trainers
  • Administrative management of the e-learning platform
  • Support in the creation and launch of a corporate university
  • Identification of training gaps
  • Development:
  • Contributing to the redefinition and continuous improvement of the performance evaluation process
  • Preparation of talent maps
  • Preparation of job descriptions and associated skills
  • Evaluation processes for interns and management of intern incorporations
  • Support in promotion, onboarding, offboarding processes, etc.
  • Compensation:
  • Contribute to the redefinition and continuous improvement of the variable compensation process
  • Support in the management of the variable compensation process
  • Events and communication:
  • Management of corporate events
  • Preparation and launch of internal communications
  • People analytics:
  • Preparation of reports through HR data dashboards

What should you meet to be a potential Auxadi member?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar; and Master degree in Human Resources
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent in English.
  • You are used to an international environment or would like to explore it.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a multi-tasking environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
