The Team You Will Join
Join will join our dynamic
Process Support team,
an essential part of our natural gas trading operations, both physical and financial. This
team plays a critical role in supporting ETRM system
users, acting as the first line of assistance for technical and process-related issues.

We provide hands-on training, ensure seamless communication between IT and business teams, and serve as the functional owner of the ETRM system, interfacing with all corporate platforms and participating in every project that impacts these systems.

As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be at the core of our operations, ensuring business continuity, leading system enhancements, and driving process improvements. You'll act as a strategic link between users and IT, contributing to initiatives that shape the future of our energy trading landscape.

Main tasks

  • Act as a Horizon super-user, supporting testing, troubleshooting, and user training.
  • Provide Level 1 and 2 support for Horizon and its integration with corporate systems.
  • Perform configuration and maintenance tasks across commodity activities.
  • Build strong relationships with users to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Analyze and resolve system-related issues, ensuring business continuity.
  • Serve as liaison between business units and corporate functions for system integration and support.
  • Define, document, and maintain business processes and detailed procedures in Horizon.
  • Support audits and compliance by generating ad-hoc reports and data queries.
  • Develop functional requirements for system enhancements and lead related projects.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing and assist in issue classification and resolution.

You will fit the position if:
We're seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in ETRM systems and natural gas trading. You'll thrive in this role if you bring:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Math, Accounting, Finance or Business-related degree.
  • Arround 10 years of experience providing support for ETRMs as well as extensive working knowledge of the Natural Gas trading industry
  • Experience using the Horizon ETRM system for Natural Gas, Power and LNG
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (C2 level).
  • In-depth understanding of natural gas deal entry, scheduling, hedging, risk and management reporting, credit operations, confirmations, clearing administration, month-end accruals, settlements, payment & collection, and internal policy compliance.
  • Solid experience with Front to Back energy trading internal controls, process design and documentation, process testing/audit, and process improvements; Ability to identify and understand various risks and then design and implement relevant processes/controls to mitigate them.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid experience applying project management and business analysis principles.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau) and basic Python programming.
