Key Responsibilities for a Travel Agent- Customer Consultation: Engage with German-speaking clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, providing tailored recommendations and solutions.
- Booking and Coordination: Handle all aspects of travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, tours, and more to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
- Issue Resolution: Address any travel-related inquiries or challenges that arise promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling and promoting additional services and travel packages.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about the latest travel trends and destination updates to provide clients with relevant and exciting options.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in German (C1/C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level), both spoken and written.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the travel industry is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Organisational Skills: Strong ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in order to handle different customer needs simultaneously.
