SE BUSCA CO-FUNDADOR Deal Maker / Closer (Hunter) + Wealth Manager en Barcelona

Buscamos un/a CLOSER.

Proyecto privado en crecimiento. Necesitamos a alguien que 
abra puertas, genere urgencia y cierre acuerdos
 con marcas y proveedores premium.

 
Barcelona o cercanías
 (reuniones presenciales cuando toque)

El reto (3 meses) altas comisiones sin salario fijo.

Entrarás en un 
periodo de prueba de 3 meses
 con un objetivo claro: 
cierres
.

Si te mueves bien en entornos exigentes y sabes convertir conversaciones en contratos, aquí hay recorrido.

Qué harás

  • Construir y ejecutar pipeline: outreach → reunión → propuesta → negociación → 
    cierre
    .
  • Cerrar acuerdos con marcas/servicios premium (hospitality, lifestyle, salud, real estate prime, etc.).
  • Negociar estructuras win-win: performance, revenue share, partnership packs.
  • Mantener ritmo: seguimiento agresivo (con clase), control de objeciones y firma.

Perfil que buscamos

  • Mentalidad 
    hunter
     (no farmer). Te gusta el "no" porque sabes convertirlo.
  • Track record: has cerrado deals B2B y puedes demostrarlo.
  • Comunicación y presencia fuerte: sabes hablar con decisores.
  • Plus muy potente:
     background 
    Wealth Manager / Private Banking / Family Office
     (entiendes al cliente HNWI/UHNW y cómo decide).
  • Plus:
     red en lujo / private clubs / real estate prime / hospitality.
