Estamos buscando un/a European Head of Marketplace para liderar la estrategia, operación y crecimiento del marketplace multi-país de una compañía en expansión, garantizando una experiencia excelente para vendedores y clientes dentro de un ecosistema internacional complejo.

Responsabilidades principales
  • Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de crecimiento del marketplace alineada con los objetivos corporativos y las necesidades de cada país.
  • Liderar la adquisición, onboarding y fidelización de sellers globales, asegurando una oferta competitiva y diversa.
  • Definir e implementar la estrategia de Retail Media.
  • Orquestar una política comercial global-local con los países (condiciones y captación de vendedores locales).
  • Supervisar la operación diaria: catálogo, pricing, logística, atención al cliente y calidad de servicio.
  • Coordinar con Producto y Tecnología mejoras de plataforma (UX/UI, funcionalidades, CX) y analítica de rendimiento (GMV, CAC, LTV, NPS).
  • Asegurar cumplimiento normativo y de políticas internas; gestionar el equipo de operaciones, account managers y soporte técnico.
  • Identificar oportunidades de innovación y expansión (nuevas categorías y modelos de negocio).
Perfil buscado
  • +5 años liderando marketplaces/eCommerce multi-país, con experiencia en gestión de vendedores, desarrollo de negocio y optimización de plataformas.
  • Fuerte orientación a resultados y dominio de métricas clave (GMV, conversión, retención, NPS), con alta capacidad analítica.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, negociación y liderazgo. Inglés fluido (oral y escrito).
  • Competencias técnicas valoradas: Google Analytics y Power BI; familiaridad con plataformas tipo SFCC/Mirakl; integraciones vía API con ERP/OMS/PIM; metodologías ágiles (Scrum, Kanban).
