About the Job

MISSION
We are seeking a motivated intern to support our Marketing Excellence team within the Global Marketing Office at Almirall's headquarters in Barcelona.

Marketing Excellence plays a key role in driving strategic alignment, operational consistency, and process excellence across global and local marketing teams. The team ensures that brand planning, strategic processes, and capability-building initiatives run smoothly and effectively across the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity to support global strategic marketing processes, gain hands-on experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contribute to high-impact initiatives in a dynamic and engaging environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Support the Marketing Excellence processes by coordinating workshop agendas, managing logistics, scheduling meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups, and attending Brand Team meetings when required.

• Contribute to the evolution and updates of Global & Local Brand Plan templates, ensuring consistency in collaboration with Medical Excellence and CommEx.

• Track timelines and deliverables for brand planning processes across global teams and markets, including preparation of stakeholder communications and reminders.

• Support the Strategic Cycle Planning with meeting preparation, data compilation for yearly assumption decks, and timeline monitoring.

• Support the Recognition & Awards program by driving engagement, coordinating submissions, and managing communications and meetings.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams at global level to ensure alignment and smooth execution of initiatives.

• Manage interactions with internal stakeholders and provide operational support to ensure continuity during periods of high workload or resource constraints.

Desired Qualifications and Profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable field.

• A master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Management, or similar is desirable.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Fluency in English and Spanish (advanced level required).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

• Proactive, collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
