  • Integrate new clientele and provide comprehensive guidance on platform configuration, digital roadmap development, and the foundational elements of performance.
  • Design and organize Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, utilizing optimum methodologies for audience segmentation, bidding strategies, creative assets, and conversion tracking mechanisms.
  • Evaluate specific business objectives and digital conversion pathways to suggest customized advertising methodologies.
  • Deliver continuous advisory services aimed at boosting campaign effectiveness, optimizing the Return on Investment (ROI), and refining their overall digital marketing approach.
  • Execute proactive telephone outreach to engage recently acquired clients, highlight essential product functionalities, and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Identify and leverage avenues for campaign scaling or the adoption of more sophisticated tools, based on the stated needs and targets of the client.
  • Communicate critical knowledge regarding platform enhancements, trending audience behaviors, and optimization techniques.
  • Ensure meticulous upkeep of client progress documentation and guarantee a streamlined transition throughout the onboarding duration.
  • Assist clients in the successful deployment of automated processes, Artificial Intelligence features, and smart bidding systems within their marketing operations.
Candidate Profile and Prerequisites
  • A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree, or demonstrated equivalent professional experience.
  • Exceptional fluency (C2 level) in both German and English.
  • A professional history in the domains of marketing or sales.
  • Prior experience involving direct customer interaction, consulting roles, or managing advertising campaigns.
  • The capability to function autonomously while consistently achieving excellent results.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and communication strategies that rely on data analysis.
  • Confidence in analyzing key performance metrics and presenting insightful strategic recommendations.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills for building strong professional relationships.
