Join an international digital marketing hub in Barcelona. Your role is to provide essential support to innovative businesses as they launch their campaigns on a major global advertising platform. This position combines strategic planning, client integration, and performance consulting. You'll work directly with companies defining the future of their industries, helping them build a solid foundation in paid advertising by guiding them through platform features, campaign structure, and best practices for sustainable expansion.

Serving as the primary onboarding contact, you will merge marketing knowledge with a business focus. You'll help clients understand how to maximize campaign results while pinpointing opportunities for strategic scaling. Your efforts will enable businesses to make data-driven decisions and strengthen their commitment to using the platform long-term.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new clients, guiding them through platform setup, digital planning, and performance fundamentals.
  • Build and structure PPC campaigns following best practices for targeting, bidding, creative assets, and conversion tracking.
  • Analyze business goals and digital funnels to propose tailored advertising solutions.
  • Provide continuous consultation to boost campaign performance, maximize ROI, and refine overall digital strategy.
  • Conduct proactive calls to engage new clients, highlight key platform features, and recommend relevant solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign expansion or the adoption of advanced tools based on client needs.
  • Share insights on platform updates, audience trends, and optimization methods.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Assist clients in integrating automation, AI features, and smart bidding strategies into their marketing processes.
Candidate Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • C2 German and English fluency.
  • Background in marketing or sales.
  • Experience with client interaction, consulting, or campaign management.
  • Ability to work independently while achieving strong results.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data-informed communication.
  • Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and presenting strategic insights.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
Additional Skills for the German Market
  • Understanding of German digital marketing behaviors and regional nuances.
  • Awareness of local business etiquette and communication styles.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and its implications for advertising strategies.
  • Ability to confidently discuss ROI, attribution, and platform integrations.
  • Skill in building trust with stakeholders in data-sensitive contexts.
