Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and adapt corporate materials and presentations to align with global communication standards and Almirall's corporate image.
  • Support the creation of external communication materials, ensuring clarity and consistency across channels.
  • Assist with media relations coordination, including agency coordination and follow-up with journalists and media outlets.
  • Liaise with agencies and external suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of communication initiatives.
  • Collaborate within a dynamic, global team environment, gaining exposure to pharmaceutical and health communications best practices.

Education:
Preferably a degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Audiovisual Communication, Philology, or a related field.
Additional postgraduate training and previous experience in a communications role will be valued.

Skills:

  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Strong communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
  • Knowledge of the media landscape in Spain and at an international level would be a plus (or willingness to learn if not available).
  • Basic knowledge of image, video, and photo editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere).
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Curiosity and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent level of English.
Mission: You will provide support in various tasks within the Global Corporate Communications team at Almirall, including helping develop and adapt corporate materials and presentations, providing support in crafting external communications materials, providing assistance with media relations coordination and liaising with agencies and other external suppliers, among other tasks.
You will also work in a diverse and dynamic environment where you will learn daily about the pharmaceutical sector and health communications.
