, enfocada en servicios de andamiaje para embarcaciones, lo que nos permite ofrecer soluciones aún más completas dentro del ámbito naval.

Descripción del puesto:

En Nauticover, división especializada en servicios de andamiaje para embarcaciones dentro del grupo Nautipaints, seguimos creciendo.

Por ello, buscamos un/a
Operations Manager
con capacidad de liderazgo, organización y gestión operativa, que pueda coordinar proyectos, equipos y recursos en el ámbito de trabajos del andamiaje naval.

Funciones principales:

  • Gestionar solicitudes y previsiones de clientes, elaborar presupuestos, crear nuevas obras y asignar recursos.
  • Preparar documentación técnica y de producción (planos, listados, previsiones y planning).
  • Coordinar pedidos (alquiler o compra de andamios), suministros, subcontratas y necesidades de personal, incluyendo PRL y formación interna.
  • Supervisar la planificación de horas, materiales y recursos de los proyectos, aplicando herramientas de control interno.
  • Gestionar facturación, informes semanales, cierres mensuales y estudios finales de obra/temporada.
  • Mantener comunicación directa con clientes, proveedores y equipos internos; actuar como enlace entre RRHH y operarios.
  • Participar en reuniones diarias y seguimiento de cada proyecto, controlando imputaciones de horas y materiales.
  • Gestionar viajes y desplazamientos del personal según necesidades del proyecto.
  • Preparar y completar órdenes de trabajo, hojas de seguimiento y reportes de control de materiales.
  • Revisar tiques y facturas para asegurar la correcta imputación y control financiero de cada proyecto.
  • Gestionar la relación con subcontratas y prever necesidades de personal: contratación, planificación de tareas, seguimiento del desempeño y comunicación directa con clientes sobre su trabajo.

Requisitos:

  • Inglés y español fluido, oral y escrito.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de herramientas de gestión y diseño, como AutoCAD o algún software similar.
  • Carnet de conducir.
  • Capacidad de liderazgo, coordinación de equipos y resolución rápida de incidencias.
