About Surgery

Our Surgery team will give you the chance to deliver surgical technologies and solutions to surgeons and healthcare professionals around the world. Your contributions will help effectively treat some of the world's most prevalent conditions such as obesity, cardiovascular disease and cancer. Patients are waiting.
Key responsibilities:
Achieve or exceed expected performance (sales) in your territory
Create a visit plan using SMART objectives and effectively evaluate sales visits and subsequent documents.
Generate efficient account plans in private and public key accounts
To work in the long term within the public environment in a strategic and collaborative way, generating common benefits and explaining the differential values of our products.
Report work efficiently and accurately on the company's IT platforms.
Use innovative strategies and resources to gain access to hard-to-visit customers and improve results and achievements through your Sales Director.
Differentiate J&J surgical VISION's value proposition to all assigned healthcare providers and effectively address their objections or concerns.
Continuously strive to obtain market information: identification of customer needs, expectations and environmental challenges common to the sector.
Exchange best practices with team members to foster performance development and the personal and professional growth of the team.
Comply with all company policies.
Ability to learn and adapt to new technological challenges, being able to understand the characteristics of the new technology and express it in benefits for the client.
Qualifications
Degree or diploma, preferably in Health Sciences or Optics.
Postgraduate studies will be an advantage.
Relevant sales experience preferably within the Medical Devices sector, sales in the hospital sector, not necessarily within ophthalmology, although it would be an asset.
Other experience that demonstrates relevant job-related skills, communication, development, team spirit, analytical skills, long term vision, etc.
Good command of English to be able to attend and get the maximum benefit from the training that will take place at our European headquarters. Fluency in English is an asset.
