Technical Account Manager IOT/MES.
Que necesitamos que domines:
- Venta técnica consultiva en entorno industrial
: identificar problemas reales de fábrica (OEE, trazabilidad, paros, logística, calidad, mantenimiento) y convertirlos en propuestas de valor claras. - Generación y cualificación de oportunidades B2B
: prospección de cuentas industriales, gestión del pipeline en CRM y priorización de oportunidades con potencial real. - Preventa y definición de soluciones
: discovery calls, visitas a planta, levantamiento de requisitos, preparación de demos y elaboración de propuestas técnico-económicas junto al equipo de ingeniería. - Interlocución con múltiples decisores
: operaciones, planta, logística, mantenimiento, IT/OT y dirección, defendiendo técnicamente la solución (sin asumir la negociación final). - Coordinación y rigor
: validación de viabilidad, gestión de cambios de alcance y handover estructurado a dirección/comercial para cierre y ejecución. - Perfil buscado
: experiencia en venta industrial consultiva, comodidad en fábrica, capacidad para explicar soluciones tecnológicas (MES, OEE, IIoT, BI, trazabilidad, RTLS), autonomía y orientación a objetivos.
