Our client, part of the healthcare technology and pharmaceutical automation industry, is looking for a Field Service Engineer to support clients mainly based in Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Preventive maintenance of devices
- Diagnosis and resolution of issues on site and remotely, both related to HW and also SW
- Bug and mechanical issues identification
- Installation, start-up and adjustment of devices
- Diagnosis and resolution of issues related to the artificial vision system installed on devices
- Installation of enhancements on the installed equipment
- Development of service documentation (preventive, corrective... maintenance manuals)
- Support in testing tasks
- Train internal and external service providers
- Coordination of sites installation
Requirements:
- Degree in Telecommunications, Telecommunication Systems, Systems Engineering or similar
- At least three years of experience in 2nd level field support
- Experience in diagnosis and resolution of issues, on site and remotely, both HW and SW
- English and Spanish is a must
