Your Role And Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead defined service lines in the design and development of end-to-end lifecycle roadmaps and effective and efficient delivery of services together with a team of dedicated internal and external suppliers. Each day, you will be responsible to design, implement, and maintain the framework to deliver the services in scope, on time, within budget, and in line with the customer's expectations. You will also showcase your expertise by managing multiple third-party global vendor contracts to assure high service quality and optimizing the cost.

The work model for the role is:
This role is contributing to the Security Risk and Compliance Organization Globally. Main stakeholders are Security teams, Information Systems teams across global services and business areas.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

  • Creating and managing Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Operational Level Agreements (OLA) to increase transparency between service provider and Service Owner, and providing feedback about service's performance, availability, etc.
  • Management of our OT Security services across ABB. This includes OT Asset Management, OT Vulnerability Management and OT Incident Reporting. While these services are not business critical as in downtime directly impacting our production, but it does impact on our OT Security visibility. While these services are mainly managed using ServiceNow OTM they do also depend on OT-IDS solutions (e.g. Claroty, Nozomi). The service owner needs to maintain a very tight control over these OT Security services to ensure we maintain visibility in our OT and business operation environments.
  • Driving and coordinating the onboarding of new sites, this includes the onsite deployment of the OT-IDS sensors integration in the central management console as well as ServiceNow OTM.
  • Positioning their services to consumers and create compelling value proposition for OT Security services adoption.
  • Ensuring that knowledge level of resources is appropriate for interacting with local colleagues and that service consumption documentation is always maintained with relevant content.
  • Making sure that up-to-date services are run with operational Claroty and Nozomi solutions integrated with ServiceNow OTM and SIEM/XSOAR.

Qualifications For The Role

  • 15+ years of experience in IT/OT Security, including relevant experience in managing and running security services.
  • Exposure to and experience with Operational Technology (OT) is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
  • Required certification: ITIL Foundation.
  • Preferred certifications: OT-IDS (Claroty, Nozomi, or similar) technical certifications, CISSP, GICSP, and IEC 62443-related certifications.
  • Strong global experience, particularly in collaborating with distributed teams on security topics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence when engaging senior stakeholders.
