At WeHunt, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO for a food company located in Alicante. The selected person will be responsible for supporting the CEO professionally, ensuring that all administrative and document-related processes related to the management are handled efficiently and proactively.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, anticipating their needs and reminding them of key matters before they are requested.
  • Manage the CEO's professional and personal calendar, coordinating meetings, trips, flight and hotel reservations, and other events.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all executive tasks.
  • Assist the CEO in preparing reports, presentations, and corporate documents.

Requirements (M/F/D):

  • Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting top management, executive secretarial roles, or similar positions.
  • High level of English (C1 or above).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word, as well as PowerPoint and Canva.
  • Experience using AI tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and document control.
  • Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
