JOB DESCRIPTION

Naturitas es un e-commerce especializado en productos naturales para la salud, así como en alimentos bio, ecológicos, cosmética natural, entre otros. Estamos operando en más de 20 países y seguimos creciendo, aprovechando nuevos mercados, agregando nuevas líneas de productos y ofreciendo oportunidades a nuevos talentos.

Estamos en búsqueda de un Category Manager (sustitución de maternidad) para que se una a nuestro equipo de Sales and Brand mánager

Sus principales funciones serán:

Introducción y evaluación de nuevas referencias en el catalogo

Análisis evolución ventas y margen (principal interlocutor con las marcas)

Potenciar ventas y gestión de precios

Monitorización del mercado

Negociación de condiciones comerciales

Activación de promociones in-site (acordadas con la marca)

Cerrar acuerdos de visibilidad con las marcas y reportar resultados

Proponer campañas de CRM y redes sociales con las marcas

Sugerir cambios en las fichas de productos y espacios de marca

Colaborar con el equipo de compras para tener un correcto stock por proveedor (negociar promociones, lead times, etc)

¿Qué buscamos?

Formación básica:

Licenciatura en Marketing, Administración de Empresas o campo relacionado.

Formación complementaria:

Conocimientos avanzados de herramientas de análisis de datos y tendencias de consumo.

Mínimo de excel ( buscarv, tabla dinámica, cálculo de margenes, etc)

Experiencia:

Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en gestión de categorías en el sector relevante, especialmente en eCommerce + sector natural.

Capacidad de trabajar en equipo y proactividad, energía, compañerismo
