Account Executive
con mentalidad
hunter
, proactividad y clara orientación a resultados, para impulsar la captación de nuevo negocio (principalmente
outbound
) en el mercado español

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Identificar y prospectar activamente nuevos clientes potenciales mediante estrategias outbound (emailing, llamadas, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Cualificar leads y gestionar todo el ciclo de ventas: discovery, demos, propuesta de valor, negociación y cierre.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con marketing y otros equipos para maximizar la conversión de oportunidades.
  • Comprender en profundidad la propuesta de valor de la solución para adaptar el mensaje a distintos interlocutores (RRHH, IT, Dirección).
  • Mantener actualizado el CRM con el estado del pipeline y previsión de ventas.
  • Aportar ideas para mejorar procesos comerciales y contribuir al crecimiento continuo de la compañía.

Requisitos:

  • 2-4 años de experiencia en ventas B2B, idealmente en entornos SaaS, HR Tech o software empresarial.
  • Acostumbrado/a a trabajar con enfoque outbound, generando oportunidades desde cero.
  • Experiencia gestionando procesos de venta consultiva de principio a fin.
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio (B2); suficiente para interactuar en entornos profesionales.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, empatía y negociación.
  • Perfil autónomo, con mentalidad comercial y enfoque a objetivos.
