Marsh & McLennan Companies is currently seeking a revenue accountant fluent in English and French (both written and verbal), based in Madrid to manage the billing and revenue cycle.

This role will be based in Madrid (Avenida de Burgos). In the first month you will be required to work from the office. After that, you can opt for the hybrid working model, which allows you to work from home 2 days per week.

We will count on you to:

  • Projects set-up review in the revenue systems
  • Invoice clients in accordance with French regulations.
  • Monitor unpaid client invoices.
  • Follow up unbilled accounts.
  • Reconcile balance accounts applicable to the revenue and billing cycle.
  • Manage ad hoc requests from partners regarding their projects.

What you need to have: 

  • Accounting education preferred but not mandatory (depending on experience).
  • High level of written and spoken English and French.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience.
  • Interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external clients.
  • Ability to prioritize activities, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines, as well as work under pressure and have a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
