Are you passionate about e-commerce and ready to kick-start your career in a dynamic, international team?
We're looking for a E-Commerce Assistant to help us grow and innovate across our online Consumer channels.
This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone eager to learn and make an impact. You will be expected to work from our office in Vallecas, Madrid a couple of days per week. The rest of the time you have the flexibilty to work remotely.
Our main product lines are high-pressure washers and vacuum cleaners sold to consumers predominantly in Europe.
As a Consumer E-Commerce Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our online sales efforts across several European markets. You will work across different online sales channels and gain experience in several highly relevant fields of online sales.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update online content for our Shopify webshop
- Support online campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo Email marketing and more)
- Create and upload new products on Shopify, Amazon, and other online marketplaces
- Contribute to UX improvements across channels mentioned above
- Support customer care for the Italian market
- Translate and proofread content in Italian
- Collaborate with an international team on exciting projects
Requirements
- Recently graduated or with some relevant experience
- Fluent in English and Italian – Spanish and other languages are a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest in e-commerce and digital marketing
