Job Description
As an Applications Services Enabler, you will play a key role in managing, maintaining, and evolving a diverse IT ecosystem that spans both on-premises and cloud infrastructure (AWS). Your mission is to ensure optimal performance, high availability, security, and an outstanding user experience across all IT systems and services. In this role, you'll take ownership of the full technology stack — from infrastructure to applications — administering solutions across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments. You'll work across all layers of technology — IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS — ensuring seamless integration and reliability throughout the environment.

  • At the IaaS level, you'll manage on-premises systems and AWS infrastructure, handling compute, storage, networking, and automation to maintain secure and efficient operations.
  • For PaaS, you'll oversee collaboration platforms like Atlassian Jira and Confluence, supporting project management, documentation, and process optimization across teams.
  • Within SaaS, you'll administer Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, and MDM solutions, ensuring secure access, smooth user experiences, and reliable service delivery.

Beyond daily operations, you'll resolve incidents, handle service requests, monitor systems proactively, and contribute to continuous improvement across all IT layers.

Job Requirements
Technical Skills

  • 3+ years in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure operations.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Jira and Confluence..
  • Strong understanding of IAM tools (Okta, Azure AD).
  • Experience with MDM (Intune, Jamf) across Windows, macOS, mobile.
  • Working knowledge of AWS services (infrastructure, monitoring).
  • Familiar with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Wi-Fi).
  • Experience with IT service management (ITSM) platforms and ticketing systems.
  • Basic scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Strong technical skills in Windows environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and federated identity services (ADFS, SSO, SAML).
  • Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance.

Nice to Have

  • Relevant certifications (O365, AWS, Google Workspace Administrator).
  • Experience with IaC (Terraform, Ansible, AWS CloudFormation) or system configuration automation.
  • Previous multi-office or hybrid cloud environment experience.

Strong English and Spanish communication and documentation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate IT service delivery and ensure smooth operation of systems.
  • Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and service issues.
  • Administer and optimize on-premises and AWS IT infrastructure.
  • Manage enterprise platforms like Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Jira, Confluence, and MDM solutions.
  • Perform proactive system monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
  • Collaborate with Network, Security, and SRE teams for compliance and security.
  • Execute ITIL-aligned processes for incident, request, and change management.
  • Manage IT asset inventory, tracking hardware, licenses, and configurations.
  • Support employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, offboarding) with system and device access.
  • Participate in automation and optimization of repetitive tasks.
  • Document technical procedures, knowledge base articles, and standard operating processes.
  • Ensure availability, performance, and security across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS platforms.
  • Contribute to cloud and infrastructure cost optimization initiatives
  • Assist in the implementation and enforcement of IT security and compliance policies
