What you will do:
Create Impact for Our Clients: Partner with colleagues and clients globally to solve complex business and IT challenges. Conduct research and analysis to develop solutions for projects like IT mergers, transformations, and CIO/CISO/COO reorganizations.Client Assignments: Gather and analyze data, present findings, and own project deliverables, ensuring high-quality, technology-focused outcomes and client satisfaction.Grow and Take Ownership: Develop your analytical, technology, and business management skills. Take on increasing responsibility in client projects and internal initiatives (e.g., IT strategy roadmaps, application modernization programs). Support Sales and Business Development: Design compelling sales materials showcasing IT consulting capabilities. Develop proposals and support external communications related to technology transformations and strategic initiatives.Your Profile:
Background: Outstanding degree in an analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Economics) from a top-tier university—or an outstanding track record outside of university. Understanding of IT infrastructure, software applications, or related technology concepts is highly beneficial. Relevant Experience: 1+ years of full-time professional experience in a high-paced environment, such as a top (VC-backed) technology start-up or a fast-growing company, top strategy consulting or technology consulting. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages such as German are a plus. Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proactive, takes ownership, and prefers to ask for forgiveness rather than permission. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to utilize data and technology to drive informed decision-making. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable business strategies.What's in it for you?
