What You Do

• Develop and implement cost steering and controlling processes for the product to the benefit of the customers and the product.
• Provide the product owner with proper financial information to be able to efficiently steer the service and open financial opportunities.
• Provide guidance, advice and support to the customer in commercial related areas.
• Lead planning, cost management, monthly reviews and P&L controlling, yearly price calculations and initiate ordering for related components.

What You Bring

• Higher education degree with technical-economical focus e.g. industrial engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Sound business knowledge and good application of financials, preferably in the context of Service Management.
• Technical awareness of network services.
• Data Analysis.
• Fluent in English and the ability to explain complex subjects.
• Work experience in an international environment desirable.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office products (especially Excel), Service Now and SAP (FI-CO/BW).
• Ability to carry out tasks independently in non-standardized (ever-changing) work situations.
• Problem solving skills based on practice and precedent as well as ability to analyze factual information
