Tu misión

Ser la persona que lidera y acelera la Posventa en
Barcelona
y
Castelldefels
, garantizando excelencia operativa, experiencia luxury y rentabilidad sostenible. Aquí el reto no es "mantener"- es
escalar
.


Lo que harás

  • Orquestar la operación end-to-end de talleres y recambios con foco en
    eficiencia, calidad y tiempos estándar
    .
  • Gestionar KPIs clave (productividad, horas vendidas, margen, costes, rotación de stock, obsoletos) y ejecutar el plan anual.
  • Detectar cuellos de botella y desplegar
    mejora continua real
    (Lean/Kaizen, procesos, layout, agenda, capacidad).
  • Elevar la experiencia cliente posventa: cita, recepción, seguimiento, entrega… con KPI de
    satisfacción 5-Star / NPS
    .
  • Liderar equipos senior: estructura, roles, rutinas, formación, engagement y performance.
  • Asegurar cumplimiento de estándares de marca, auditorías y adopción de campañas / herramientas oficiales.


Lo que queremos ver en ti

  • Formación técnica sólida:
    Ingeniería (industrial, mecánica, automoción o similar)
    .
  • Experiencia liderando operaciones en entornos exigentes: talleres, plantas, servicio técnico, posventa, mantenimiento industrial o similares.
  • Gestión avanzada con datos y procesos:
    KPIs, forecasting, productividad, costes, calidad
    .
  • Liderazgo pragmático: sabes exigir alto sin perder a la gente.

  • Español fluido
  • Inglés profesional
  • Catalán valorable
