Desde Hays estamos buscando un/a
Abogado/a In-House
para una empresa sólida y en crecimiento con sede en
Cádiz
, que quiere reforzar su departamento legal incorporando un perfil completo, resolutivo y orientado al negocio.


Responsabilidades principales

  • Asesoramiento jurídico integral al negocio (mercantil, contractual y laboral).
  • Redacción, revisión y negociación de contratos.
  • Gestión de asuntos laborales: relaciones laborales, negociación, apoyo en procedimientos y coordinación con la asesoría.
  • Supervisión y coordinación de un
    equipo de 2 personas
    .
  • Preparación de documentación y apoyo en temas societarios.
  • Relación fluida con dirección y con otras áreas internas.


Requisitos clave

  • Grado en Derecho.
  • Experiencia previa como abogado/a in-house o en despacho (aprox. 3–5 años).
  • Conocimientos sólidos en
    derecho mercantil
    y
    laboral
    .
  • Capacidad de liderazgo y gestión de equipo.
  • Enfoque práctico, criterio jurídico y autonomía.

  • 3 días
    : 08:00–15:00
  • 2 días
    : 08:00–15:00 y 16:30–18:30

(Modelo estable y bien organizado, ideal para quienes buscan equilibrio y estructura.)
