We are looking for a
Technical Sales Specialist
to join our team.
You will be responsible for presenting and showcasing our
software and workflow solutions
, acting as the key link between our
technical teams and customers
.
The selected candidate will collaborate closely with
Go-to-Market, Sales, and Technical Support
teams, supporting customer demonstrations, addressing technical inquiries, and developing materials that highlight how our solutions bring value and efficiency to clients.
What will I do?
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Conducting engaging in-person and virtual demonstrations of our software and integrated workflow solutions.
- Translating technical features into clear business benefits tailored to different audiences.
- Creating and maintaining standardized demo materials and scripts that showcase system integration and automation.
- Troubleshooting and ensuring demo environments are always ready and operational.
- Explaining conceptually how APIs and AI-based tools enhance automation and decision-making.
- Collaborating with the sales team to generate and follow up on new leads from demos, trade shows, and online channels.
- Logging customer feedback and insights into CRM/KMS systems to support business intelligence.

Requirements
- 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as technical support or product demonstrations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
- Understanding of APIs, automation, and AI concepts and their value in integrated systems.
- Organized, proactive, and customer-focused, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in international and multidisciplinary environments.
