We are looking for a
Congress & Customer Experience Manager
to coordinate the execution and flawless delivery of
international congress experiences
, ensuring
consistency, quality, and innovation
across every touchpoint.

. You will manage multiple projects, partners, and stakeholders to deliver

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute congress experiences across assigned brands and medical initiatives, ensuring alignment with
    customer experience, creative, and design strategies
    .
  • Translate strategy into execution by managing
    timelines, budgets, and workflows
    to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with
    Scientific Communications, IMA, Omnichannel, and other stakeholders
    for flawless coordination.
  • Champion
    design quality
    , upholding creative standards and benchmarks.
  • Oversee
    content approvals and compliance processes
    , ensuring all materials meet internal and external guidelines.
  • Drive
    innovation
    by staying current on experiential, digital, and sustainability trends in healthcare.
  • Benchmark against competitors and internal best practices to continuously elevate the congress experience.
  • Foster strong collaboration and a
    "One Team" mindset
    , breaking silos across internal and external partners.

About You

  • 5–8 years of experience
    in agency, experiential, or exhibition project management (healthcare and omnichannel experience is a plus).
  • Proven track record delivering
    complex, multi-stakeholder projects
    from concept to execution.
  • Strong understanding of
    creative workflows, event production, and experiential design
    .
  • Excellent
    stakeholder and vendor management
    skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about
    creative excellence and customer experience
    .
  • Knowledge of
    pharma compliance or regulated industries
    is an advantage.
  • Curious, collaborative, and motivated by transforming how
    science is experienced
    .
