Your mission

Be part of a fast-growing European EdTech SaaS company on its journey from start-up to market leadership, working in a small, dynamic, cross-country controlling team. You will have the opportunity - and the responsibility - to drive workstreams autonomously and collaborate directly with C-level executives, management, and investors.

Aufgaben

What you'll do

• You cover a broad portfolio of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) responsibilities at group level, potentially with functional and/or regional focus: budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, adhoc analyses, financial project planning

• You contribute to financial due diligence for M&A projects across Europe

• You improve and design of controlling tools, systems and processes, including BI and AI

Qualifikation

What you'll bring

• Excellent modelling and analytical Skills

• Tools: Fluent in MS Excel and advanced knowledge of BI and/or AI and/or planning software

• Professional background: in a business with flexible, evolving structures, or in a project-driven setup, or in financial advisory

• Flexibility and commitment: Willingness to handle peak workloads as needed

• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish

• Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years
