Tasks
**Your responsibilities and impact as a Finance Manager will be**:
- Define and supervise the plant's industrial management control policies, leading the workshop's finance team
- Analyze the performance of the workshop, coordinating the definition of objectives and their follow-up
- Coordinate the workshop's budget process with all departments and carry out budget control, analyzing the deviations produced and proposing corrective actions
- Coordinate the preparation of monthly and annual final closings of the workshop
- Participate in the analysis of the income statement and monthly and annual margin
**Requirements**:
Skills, experiences and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- You are fluent in Spanish and English, French will be a big plus (Willingness to learn the language)
- You have 7 years of experience as an industrial controller
- You have experience in team management
- You have experience with workshops/ateliers
- You have been working in an international/multinational company
- You have strong knowledge of SAP, Excel, Power BI and Office
- You are proactive and innovative
- You have excellent communications skills and stakeholder management
