Main responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge of
  Barcelona city
  in order to list rental properties in target areas.
• Collect and check all required property documentation and sign mediation agreements with landlords while ensuring company commission policy is in place.
• Manage client relationships and ensure proactive communication with both landlords and tenants.
• Deal with allocated clients (tenants) from initial contact until completion and post-completion of the rental deals.
• Manage the full rental cycle and offer constructive and creative options and solutions for landlords and tenants in order to close deals.
• Keep our CRM updated with clients' requirements and maintain your personal database up to date and in line with the commercial requirements and activity.

Requirements

• Strong previous experience in the real estate sector. Specific knowledge of
  Barcelona's market and key areas
  .
• In-depth business knowledge of real estate, legal and financial concepts and processes.
• Advanced level of English and Spanish.
• Professional, good presence, excellent communication & negotiation skills, self-motivation and drive to achieve top results.
• Financially and results-oriented and able to work in an international team.
• Proactive with a 'can-do' attitude.
• Organized, prepared to work flexible hours and a hands-on person.
• Outstanding levels of customer service, preferably used to working with demanding national and international clients.
