Prime Real Estate Agent
to join our team and represent our brand in Barcelona.
This role is an opportunity to become part of a consolidated, multilingual and highly specialised team, operating with an exclusive portfolio and a strong presence in Barcelona's most sought-after neighbourhoods.
We offer a
permanent contract
, competitive fixed salary and an attractive commission structure based on both listings and sales.
Main Responsibilities:
- Source and secure high-end properties in key areas of Barcelona.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with property owners.
- Conduct viewings with professionalism, discretion and a client-focused approach.
- Welcome and assist clients in the office or by phone, in several languages.
- Carry out property valuations based on real market knowledge and criteria.
- Manage the full sales process from first contact to completion, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our internal systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the Barcelona real estate market, specifically in sales or listings within the prime segment.
- Strong knowledge of real estate procedures, legal frameworks and financial concepts.
- Fluent English (spoken and written). Additional languages highly valued.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a boutique team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, ambitious and results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional client-service standards, particularly with high-profile national and international clients.
- Strong personal drive, and a genuine desire for professional growth.
- Impeccable spelling and grammar.
- Professional presence and polished personal image.
- Deep knowledge of Barcelona's districts and neighbourhoods.
- Owning a vehicle is valued.
