, a Barcelona-based streetwear and lifestyle brand, and we're looking for a
Junior Marketing Executive

to join our team and grow alongside us.

  • This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their marketing career who wants a
    hands-on, 360º experience

: working across strategy support, campaigns, social media, community, seeding and paid media collaboration. You'll be closely mentored by the core team and involved in the day-to-day growth of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support & Planning

  • Support the team in the development and execution of the
    annual marketing plan

.
- Help maintain and update the
marketing calendar

, including launches, campaigns and key moments.
- Assist in translating collections and brand stories into marketing actions.

Campaigns & Content

  • Support the execution of
    360º marketing campaigns

across digital, social and content channels.
- Help coordinate product launches, drops and special projects.
- Assist in briefing content creators and organizing campaign assets.

Paid Media Collaboration

  • Work alongside the paid media team to support
    Meta Ads and other platforms

, ensuring alignment with organic content.
- Help monitor basic performance metrics and campaign results.
- Learn how paid and organic strategies work together in a real brand environment.

Social Media & Community

  • Assist in managing the brand's
    social media channels

(Instagram, TikTok).
- Support content planning, posting and basic community management.
- Engage with comments, messages and the community under brand guidelines.

Seeding & Influencer Support

  • Assist in the
    organic seeding process

: researching profiles, preparing lists and helping with outreach.
- Help identify emerging creatives, influencers and cultural profiles aligned with the brand.
- Support coordination with PR and external partners.

Reporting & Trends

  • Help track KPIs and collect data from campaigns and channels.
  • Assist in preparing performance reports and summaries.
  • Stay up to date with social trends, formats and cultural movements.

Requirements

  • A
    junior profile
    (0 – 2 years experience or recent graduate) - Previous experience in marketing or related roles will be considered a plus.

  • Good level of English

  • Strong interest in digital marketing, social media and brand building.

  • Familiarity (or strong curiosity) with tools such as Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Metricool or similar.

  • Organized, proactive and eager to learn.

  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Passion for
