About the role

We are looking for a
junior marketing & communications professional
who will support global partner initiatives through content creation, campaign execution, and communication alignment.

You'll collaborate closely with Partner Managers, Marketing, PR/Comms, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing to create internal and external communication that enhances the visibility of Factorial's partner ecosystem — including strategic alliances, ISVs, system integrators, and marketplace partners.

Your work will help:

• Amplify partner success stories

• Increase engagement across internal and external channels through email marketing campaigns

• Asset Creation & Content Production for the website, landing pages and blogs

• Support PR and communication plans

• Create assets for campaigns and promote the integrations ecosystem

• Navigate internal teams, like ops, brand ect to co ordinate materials

This is a role for someone proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within an international scale-up environment.

What will you be doing?

Email, Internal & External Communication

• Create and deliver
  internal newsletters
  , partner updates, and communication summaries.

• Build
  external email campaigns
  : announcements, integration updates, co-marketing activation, and partner-facing communications.

Asset Creation & Content Production

• Produce marketing assets to support partner launches and integrations:

slides, one-pagers, playbooks, visuals, social content, and short-form videos.

• Maintain brand consistency and adapt messaging based on audience (partners, Microsoft, ISVs, integrators).

Success Stories & PR Support

• Work with Partner Managers and customers to develop
  success stories
  , case studies, testimonials, and quotes.

• Support PR initiatives: announcements, blog posts, partner spotlights, and press materials.

Social Media & Visibility

• Draft content for LinkedIn (Factorial + partner channels).

• Coordinate with the brand/social team to amplify partner wins, events, and integrations.

• Help create narratives that elevate Factorial within global ecosystems (Microsoft, marketplaces, tech alliances).

Project Coordination

• Update calendars, timelines, and shared documentation for partner launches.

• Work with cross-functional teams to align messaging, collect information, and prepare communication packages.

You're a great fit if you…

• Have
  1–2 years of experience
  in marketing, communications, content creation, or a similar field.

• Write
  extremely well in English
  (clear, structured, and fast).

• Understand the basics of
  B2B SaaS
  , partner ecosystems, or technology (a plus, not mandatory).

• Can create visual assets using Canva, Figma, or equivalent tools.

• Are organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects.

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, multicultural team.

• Have strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished, professional work.
