ADP is hiring a Country Enablement Lead (Payroll GPT / PI Platform)
Locations: Alpharetta GA, Roseland NJ, UK/Bristol, Barcelona, Porto Alegra Brazil
- Are you empathetic to client needs and inspired by transformation and impacting the lives of millions of people every day?
- Have you taken products from concept to commercialization using the latest technology and achieved market success?
- Are you looking to join a dynamic, inclusive team environment with a culture of collaboration and belonging?
Well, this may be the role for you. Ready to design what's next?
We're building Payroll GPT, a highly innovative, strategic agentic AI tool that simplifies and accelerates the development of country-specific calculations, rules, and requirements within PI, our next-gen global payroll platform.
PI Platform empowers payroll SMEs to implement country-specific payroll rules and downstream integrations using low-code tools. Payroll GPT brings agentic AI to PI, assisting SMEs across the entire payroll development lifecycle—researching authoritative sources (e.g., government websites), drafting requirements, and generating technical specs, code, and tests for payroll policies and downstream integration processes.
In this role as a Country Enablement Lead, you'll be the linchpin between country SMEs, PI Platform engineering, and our AI team. You'll drive Payroll GPT rollouts to new countries, coach and enable SMEs, translate their feedback into improvements to prompts, data models, global taxonomy, and workflows, and ensure each new country implementation becomes faster, more accurate, and more automated over time.
To thrive in this role, you'll have Payroll knowledge in at least one major jurisdiction, AI & Prompt Engineering exposure, Data modeling & solution design skills, and Leadership & planning experience. Our best product managers are domain experts and enthusiastic creators who stay current on the latest trends. As part of our team, your voice will influence product success and help shape our industry.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Guide rollouts: Plan and lead end-to-end country enablement—research, review, development, testing and optimization—for SMEs adopting Payroll GPT on the PI platform.
- SME enablement & training: Design and deliver onboarding, playbooks, and hands-on sessions that coach SMEs on how to use Payroll GPT and PI's platform tooling effectively.
- Requirements research with AI: Oversee the use of Payroll GPT to synthesize regulations and authoritative guidance (government sites, official circulars) into structured requirements and specs; verifying accuracy, relevancy and completeness.
- Issue triage & continuous improvement: Convert SME feedback into actionable improvements across prompts, global taxonomy, data retrieval, validation, artifact generation and PI Platform components; prioritize with product and engineering; track execution.
- Artifact quality & acceptance: Define acceptance criteria for generated outputs (policy specs, test cases, code for payroll rules and integration adapters). Review and close the loop with SMEs.
- Data modeling & solution design: Design and optimize the Global Payroll Taxonomy and data models that support Payroll GPT's requirements research, mapping and generation of PI Policies. Curate reusable patterns and templates that reduce time‑to‑country for subsequent implementations.
- Experimentation & evaluation: Establish automated evaluations for requirements research, spec completeness, code correctness, and regression. Track precision/recall-style metrics and adoption KPIs
