Overview:

We are seeking an experienced
AI / Digital Transformation Advisor
to provide strategic oversight and ensure alignment with the organisation's broader
Data & AI transformation agenda
. This role will act as a bridge between business, technology, and governance teams, driving consistency, communication, and delivery across all transformation streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight for Data & AI transformation initiatives.
  • Oversee service delivery, stakeholder communication, and adherence to governance standards.
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical and functional workstreams.
  • Contribute to defining the transformation roadmap and support effective knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in
    AI strategy, data transformation, or digital change leadership
    within financial services.
  • Strong understanding of
    AI governance, data strategy, and cross-functional programme delivery
    .
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate strategically while maintaining hands-on oversight of delivery streams.
