What you'll do 

Joining Fever as a Strategic Projects Associate, you'll immerse yourself in the vibrant intersection of technology and live events. You will lead the development and execution of strategic plans with Business Development, aligning them with Fever's strategic goals and client requirements.

This role requires native-level English proficiency as you will be working in a fast-paced international environment, collaborating with global stakeholders, and managing high-impact projects where flawless communication is essential. We welcome candidates from diverse international backgrounds, provided they can communicate in English at a native or bilingual level.

Your role involves analyzing market trends to support our business development strategies and collaborating closely with internal teams across marketing, finance, product, engineering, and operations to gather the necessary insights for project execution.

Key responsibilities

  • Advanced Project Management: Oversee detailed project plans, applying strategic insights to predict long-term impacts and ensure alignment with Fever's broader objectives.
  • Data Analysis: Collaborate with the Market Research team to conduct market analysis that informs and enhances business development strategies, identifying new opportunities and potential areas for growth.
  • Senior-Level Collaboration: Serve as the bridge between senior management and operational teams, ensuring strategic projects align with executive expectations and corporate strategy.
  • Complex Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with key external partners, enhancing project cooperation and securing long-term alliances.
  • Strategic Document Oversight: Supervise the crafting of project documents, focusing on strategic communication and persuasive content to engage critical stakeholders.
  • Communication Leadership: Lead communications, providing clear updates, soliciting feedback, and maintaining strategic alignment with all project stakeholders.
  • Market Strategy Leadership: Drive market-specific strategies, leveraging a deep understanding of varying market dynamics to optimize project outcomes.
  • Project Scalability and Impact Analysis: Evaluate and adjust project scalability and potential impact, ensuring strategic agility and robust business growth.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: Native-level English is required. We welcome candidates from diverse international backgrounds, provided they can communicate in English at a native or bilingual level, both written and spoken. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in strategic project management or business development, preferably within technology, entertainment, or a related dynamic industry.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills: Proven ability to conduct comprehensive market analyses and apply findings to real-world business strategies.
  • Strong Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Expertise in crafting and delivering clear, compelling presentations and reports.
  • Innovative Thinking: A track record of identifying unique opportunities for growth and implementing effective solutions.
  • Learning and Adaptability: Eager to learn and adapt quickly, with a keen interest in developing new skills relevant to the dynamic environment of Fever.
  • Strategic Planning: Extensive experience in strategic planning and execution with a focus on delivering measurable business results.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software, with an aptitude for learning new systems.
