Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Madrid, with flexibility for occasional work from home. The Project Associate will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure they are completed on time and within scope. Daily tasks include coordinating between teams, conducting research, facilitating training sessions, analyzing data, and preparing progress reports. The Project Associate will also contribute to maintaining effective communication across all project stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Project Management and Organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills, including data interpretation and problem-solving
  • Excellent Communication skills for written and verbal collaboration with diverse teams
  • Experience in conducting Research and gathering information to support project goals
  • Familiarity with Training and knowledge sharing practices
  • Proficiency in using project management tools is preferred
  • Ability to adapt to hybrid work environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
