Desde Paul Marlex estamos buscando un perfil fiscal para una posición híbrida entre los departamentos de Procedimientos Tributarios y Private Clients para una firma internacional en Barcelona.

Seleccionamos una persona con capacidad para participar activamente tanto en inspecciones fiscales como en el asesoramiento a clientes internacionales con estructuras complejas de entrada en España.

Funciones principales:


• Participar en procedimientos de inspección tributaria de clientes con altos patrimonios y estructuras internacionales.


• Colaborar con el equipo de Private Clients en el diseño de estructuras fiscales de entrada a España.


• Interlocución directa con Hacienda en procedimientos de comprobación e inspección.


• Apoyar en la documentación, análisis y argumentación jurídica/fiscal, con foco en eficiencia y autonomía.


• Contribuir en la planificación y mantenimiento fiscal de clientes extranjeros, becados y de alto perfil económico.

Perfil requerido:


• Formación en Derecho y/o Económicas . Valorable con máster en Fiscalidad.


• Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años en asesoramiento fiscal.


• Experiencia real en la gestión de inspecciones y en fiscalidad de grandes patrimonios.


• Nivel de inglés alto(imprescindible).


• Capacidad analítica, visión estratégica y actitud resolutiva.


• Se valorará especialmente la experiencia previa en áreas híbridas entre procedimiento tributario y planificación patrimonial.
