The Role

This is a full time and permanent position to join our sales team based at our Madrid Office. The Sales Support Administrator will play a key role in supporting the sales teams with their administration needs to ensure a seamless sales process for the customer.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Manage incoming online orders coming through the portal for the European rental market.
  • Assist the rental sales team to sell refrigeration and catering equipment rental services to exhibitions throughout Europe and the Middle East.
  • Assist in the administration of projects in the international market on behalf of the Rental Sales team.
  • Respond to customer queries and work with the wider operations and sales team to resolve discrepancies.
  • Carry out customer service activities by travelling to exhibitions and events when required.
  • Co-coordinating research into new rental markets relevant to the linguistic geography and working directly with exhibition team
  • Collaborating with finance on the accurate reporting of rental figures on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Support with translations of supporting documents between English/Spanish.
  • Create and maintain database for the growing Spanish and English market.
  • Support on general ad-hoc administration when required.

  • Demonstrable experience in an administrative or sales support role in a fast-paced organisation.
  • Proactive and resourceful individual, who is keen to support the wider team to deliver results.
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Computer literate with ability to adapt to new software programs and business systems.
  • Detail oriented and meticulous with administration duties, as well as being very organized.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organised individual with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
