THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the Spanish and Portuguese markets
  • Drive brand awareness and customer acquisition through multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer partnerships, and offline activations, following up on local regulations
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities
  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic, etc.)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Creative, Events, Compliance, etc., to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key local partners, agencies, and media outlets
  • Track and report on marketing performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
  • Lead local events, memberships, and sponsorships, and PR initiatives to boost brand visibility
  • Adapt global marketing strategies to fit the local audiences, ensuring cultural relevance
  • Report directly to the Country Manager and stay aligned with the HQ Marketing department on all marketing activities and performance

THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2C/B2B industries, with a strong focus on the Spanish and Portuguese markets
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and performance marketing
  • Deep understanding of local culture, consumer behaviors, and media landscape
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation platforms
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional South African languages are a plus)
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment
  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Great communication skills, team worker, high personal discipline, and self-learning ability
  • Ability to multitask and deal with changing requirements
