Overview
We are looking for a
HR Shared Services Operations Associate (German speaker)
within our HR Operations Team in
Asturias
.

This role involves managing key HR processes for Germany and Luxembourg, while collaborating with various departments. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of HR experience, strong administrative skills, and fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities
YOU will be involved in the following tasks:

  • Own several HR processes for both Germany and Luxemburg such as Onboarding, Termination, Employee Personal Changes, Verification of Employment, Contract Changes, Benefits, Maternity, Retirement.
  • Keep contact with other departments and stakeholders (e.g. Payroll, Legal, Compensation etc...).
  • Handle employee requests through HR ticket system.
  • Actively participate in global and local HR projects as required.

Qualifications
What YOU will bring to the team:

  • Fluent English and Native or Proficient in German.
  • 1-2 years' experience in HR or related fields (ideal)
  • Experience in HR Shared Service environment preferred.
  • MS Office required.
  • Success Factors, Service Now and Global View, highly desirable.
  • Customer focused attitude, proactivity.
