This permanent role offers hybrid flexibility, competitive compensation with uncapped commission, and a nice perk—Friday afternoons off for a better work-life balance.

About the company

Our client operates in the SaaS space and has an advanced search solution for e-commerce stores, that can be added as a plugin for thousands of webshop platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce and similar. It is a highly advanced search solution serving more than customers globally that makes it a lot easier for visitors to find the best products, and it increases conversion rates drastically.

What will you do?

  • Drive the full sales cycle, from prospecting, negotiation to closing 
  • Conduct market research to identify client needs and opportunities

  • Develop tailored sales strategies to win new business

  • Prepare and present customized proposals and solutions

  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms

  • Independently generate new business opportunities
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts

Candidate profile

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B SaaS (at least 6 months)

  • Experience working with the U.S. market or any other familiarity is needed 
  • Strong communication and active listening skills

  • Willingness to work late shifts to cater to US hours (up to 11:45 PM, Friday until 8PM) 
  • Results-driven with a hunger for success and growth

  • Bilingual level of English 
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset

  • Quick to adapt and eager to learn in a dynamic environment
