And that's why we are looking for a
Finance Intern
To join the Good Rebels team and gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, accounting tasks, budgeting, and reporting within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The Challenge

• Process customer invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with bank allocations and collections management.
• Ensure the billing process is accurate and compliant with local regulations and corporate policies.
• Resolve customer queries and discrepancies.
• Periodically reconcile customer accounts.
• Assist the team with accounting and tax tasks, such as Intrastat or SII.
• Work closely with Customer Service and Sales teams to prevent and resolve customer charges or deductions.
• Participate in financial data entry, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Collaborate in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Support accounts receivable and treasury management
• Participate in the improvement of accounting and financial processes, proposing ideas to increase efficiency.

You will feel comfortable, enjoy and do great at this role if you have:

• A Caring attitude towards our mission and see it as a "personal" problem to be solved professionally.
• Desire to help, assist and solve people's needs with a GoodVibes attitude.
• Passion for the business and a deep understanding of it to make sure your job at this role is aligned to business needs and goals.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. SAP knowledge will be a plus.
• An analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving mindset to approach everyday challenges.
• Ability to prioritize and anticipate opportunities
• Excellent written communication skills in Spanish and Englis. French is desirable too.
• Ability to create strong and trustful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
