En Patterson Travel estamos buscando a un/a Agente de viajes de empresa (Business Travel) con idiomas para nuestra oficina de Palma.

Esta persona nos ayudará a dar respuesta a la demanda de nuestros clientes. Será el enlace entre la empresa y los clientes, y el responsable de asegurar un alto nivel de servicio al cliente.

Su misión principal consistirá en hacer seguimiento a las peticiones de viajes recibidas aclarando todas las dudas que nuestros clientes puedan tener.

¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?

  • Gestión y asesoramiento a clientes.
  • Seguimiento de solicitudes de presupuesto, venta de billetes, gestión de reservas, creación de ofertas y atención al cliente.

¿Qué requisitos debes cumplir?:

  • Formación en Turismo, o relacionada.
  • Experiencia de al menos 4 años en un rol similar.
  • Amadeus
  • Se valorará muy positivamente los idiomas de inglés, francés o cualquier otro internacional.
  • Persona dinámica y trabajadora.
