As Field Service Engineer, you will be in charge of BD Rowa equipment. This role is based in Madrid

Job Description
Main responsibilities will include:

• Execute preventive maintenance and repair services on assigned equipment within established safety guidelines and customer expectations
• Interact with customers as a company representative providing technical advice/assistance to ensure optimal use of equipment
• Utilize specialized knowledge to troubleshoot and diagnose product issues; provide customer site service including equipment installation, maintenance, and repair
• Assist in developing and using training materials for customers
• Ensure documentation and paperwork is complete and accurate
• Demonstrates advanced competency in all relevant technical skills
• Works independently or cooperatively as needed
• Participates in routine meetings and communications with team members and customers
• This position is based in Madrid

About You

• Minimum of higher education is required (formación profesional). Bachelor's degree is Engineering is preferred
• 2+ years related experience
• Medium English level required
• Ability to travel (30%)
• Highly effective communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and decision making ability
• Effective computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)

Salary range for this role is EUR annual gross.
