In collaboration with a global professional services firm operating across Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific, we are currently looking for a
Global Executive Search Principal
to support and accelerate its international growth.
This opportunity is ideal for an agile and hands-on professional, with a strategic approach and
ownership mentality as well as team-oriented vision to solve specific client needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Proactively develop and manage relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Generate and manage a strong pipeline of new client opportunities.
- Lead commercial conversations, pitches and proposal development.
- Identify new markets, sectors and growth opportunities.
2. Executive Search & Advisory Project Leadership
- Lead retained executive search and advisory assignments end-to-end.
- Understand client needs in depth and translate them into tailored solutions.
- Personally conduct senior-level candidate interviews and assessments.
- Present progress updates and shortlisted candidates to clients.
3. Strategic Account Management
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients.
- Act as a strategic partner, anticipating client needs and opportunities.
- Ensure high-quality delivery and repeat business.
4. Internal Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with internal research, operations and delivery teams.
- Ensure smooth execution of searches, administration and invoicing.
- Contribute to improving internal processes and commercial best practices.
5. Revenue Ownership & Growth
- Own personal revenue targets and business performance.
- Actively contribute to the firm's international growth strategy.
- Position yourself for
future partnership
based on performance.
Profile We Are Looking For
- 4 years of experience in full-cycle sales: Identifying, engaging, nurturing, and managing a strong client pipeline.
- At least, 4 years of sales in complex solutions and high added value professional services (Consulting, Advisory, Digital, etc.).
- Fluency in written and spoken English. Any additional language would be appreciated, especially French or Spanish.
- Bachelor or master's degree in business/economics or related subject.
- High level: Initiative, gregariousness, handling high-pressure environments and results orientation
- A big plus would be for this person to have prior founder experience as an entrepreneur (or similar)
- Based on Madrid, Spain
