Summary
The Role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for identifying and executing, supervised by the local and regional team, key industry and competitor trends, building strategic brand value and a strong positioning for Sarena de Muro, part of Destination by Hyatt, accordingly in the marketplace to give visibility to experiences, organize events that make the hotel a destination in itself, increase sales, drive revenue and meet the company's established goals.
As Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of strategic marketing initiatives that drive revenue across priority segments while strengthening Hyatt's brand presence, storytelling, and guest perception.
You will play a key role in bringing the hotel's brand, marketing, communication and commercial strategy to life through impactful campaigns, strong digital execution, and consistent brand alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver with the Regional MKT team and the hotel Director of sales the annual marketing strategy, activating advertising and eCommerce initiatives that support the hotel's commercial objectives while managing approved budgets.
- Plan and execute new innovative marketing strategies in line with established objectives and goals to create a customer journey and longevity in the marketplace: integrated promotional campaigns across rooms, food & beverage, and events, leveraging digital platforms, local media, advertising, social media and partnerships to maximize reach and engagement.
- Responsible for creating, organizing, and coordinating all marketing projects and events that position the hotel as a destination hotel, creating unique guest experiences connected to the local destination, while driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. Serving as the central point of coordination for marketing projects, ensuring timelines, media placements, creative production, expenses and objectives are effectively managed and reach.
- Identify creative and visual content needs, coordinating with regional team, photo and video shoots to support campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Act as liaison between local media and regional communication manager for all communication and PR.
- Ensure all digital advertising and communications reflect Hyatt's brand standards, tone of voice, and visual identity.
- Oversee and update hotel content and imagery across third-party platforms and distribution channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies and spend to improve results. Responsible for coordination of reports, as well as oversight on-request presentations.
- Supervise internal CI communication (printing, use of logotypes, layouts,…) and develop, implement, and support internal and external communications in alignment with marketing priorities.
- Actively manage the hotel's online reputation by monitoring guest feedback on social platforms and engaging with responses in a professional and brand-appropriate manner.
- Aware of the industry trends, competitive analysis and understanding of product offerings and marketing campaigns to further drive innovation

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a strong advantage.
- A proactive and enthusiastic professional with a collaborative mindset and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Experiences with photo shootings, social media, influencers/bloggers, digital trends, online engagement strategies, press and event planning.
