We are looking for an EDI Integration & Support Expert (x|f|m) for our eProcurement department.

Do you have a passion for digital procurement and technical problem-solving? As an EDI Integration & Support Expert, you'll play a key role in maintaining and optimizing our global eProcurement landscape. You'll take ownership of incident resolution, support processes, and ensure smooth electronic order processing for our international clients. Your expertise will directly contribute to business continuity and customer satisfaction.

Grow With Us – Your Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd-level support and resolve incidents related to existing EDI integrations to ensure seamless digital order processing for internal teams and customers. This includes issue analysis, root cause identification, and coordination of fixes
  • Handle all eProcurement-related requests for new integrations, coordinating with project managers and technical teams to assess feasibility, scope, and timelines
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure smooth handover and alignment between implementation and support
  • Document incidents, solutions, and best practices for continuous knowledge sharing
  • Drive improvements in integration stability and support processes

What Will Convince Us

  • Proven experience in supporting or maintaining EDI/cXML integrations with platforms like Ariba, Coupa, or similar
  • Strong technical understanding of eProcurement technologies: EDI, cXML, PunchOut, Hosted Catalogs, eInvoicing
  • Basic knowledge of project coordination or IT service management
  • Familiarity with digital procurement and order automation in the Order-to-Cash process
  • Proficiency in digital tools and communication platforms
  • High level of self-management and structured working style
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with customers and internal teams
  • Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
  • Fluent English skills (spoken and written); German is an advantage
