We are looking for a
QA Engineer
to join our growing engineering team. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and scalability of our platform by designing and maintaining robust automated testing frameworks and quality practices across the product lifecycle.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web applications, covering regression, integration, and critical end-to-end scenarios.
- Work closely with software engineers and product team to define quality standards and acceptance criteria early in the development process.
- Embed quality into the development lifecycle, contributing to CI/CD pipelines and release processes.
- Perform exploratory, functional, and non-functional testing where automation is not sufficient.
- Identify, document, and track defects, working collaboratively with engineers to drive resolution.
- Continuously improve QA tooling, processes, and best practices across the engineering team.
- Act as a quality advocate, raising the overall quality bar across the organisation.
What We Are Looking For
- Professional experience in a QA role with a strong emphasis on test automation for web applications.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, CI/CD pipelines, and quality engineering principles.
- Ability to design test strategies that balance automation, manual testing, and risk-based coverage.
- Proven ability to take ownership and deliver high-quality outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
Good to have:
- Hands-on experience with modern UI automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman and/or API automation frameworks.
- Experience with load and performance testing tools such as JMeter or Grafana k6.
- Experience testing Java Spring Boot backends and Angular frontends.
- Familiarity with cloud-native or containerised environments.
