Application Specialist Payroll

Resolver incidencias, problemas y realizar solicitudes de clientes relacionadas con cambios en la configuración del sistema de nómina ZADIG y adaptaciones del sistema.

Como miembro del equipo de soporte de nivel 2, el rol incluye las siguientes tareas principales. 

Participar en workshops internos para recopilar información sobre los requisitos del Cliente.

  • Revisar la documentación de traspaso específica del cliente del equipo de implementación, identificando posibles gaps antes de pasar la implementación al servicio regular.
  • Responsable de la instalación / configuración del sistema / aplicaciones de acuerdo con las solicitudes del cliente (datos maestros, tipos de salario, autorización de usuario.
  • Identificar y documentar problemas técnicos que se escalarán al equipo de R&D u otros departamentos para su resolución.
  • Resolución de incidencias recibidas del equipo de Soporte Nivel 1.
  • Análisis de incidencias para la identificación de problemas, análisis de causa raíz y su resolución.


FORMACIÓN

  • Grado Universitario en ámbitos laborales o en Tecnologías de la información.

EXPERIENCIA PROFESIONAL

Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en los siguientes ámbitos:

  • Conocimientos funcionales: Alto conocimientos en gestión de nómina, cotización y finanzas.
  • Conocimiento del producto: conocimiento de la plataforma ZADIG.
  • Conocimientos técnicos: experiencia trabajando en entorno IBM Mainframe (deseable), valorable conocimientos COBOL o cualquier otro lenguaje de Programación.

HABILIDADES:

  • Capacidad analítica para la resolución de problemas complejos.
  • Habituado a la ejecución procesos de prueba.
  • Habituado a la preparación de documentación técnica.
  • Capacidad para comunicarse de manera eficiente y trabajar con diferentes equipos
  • Capacidad para analizar procedimientos y prácticas definidos para determinar la acción apropiada.
  • Capacidad para mantener el enfoque y trabajar eficazmente con múltiples demandas.
  • Trabajo en equipo.
  • Fuerte orientación al servicio al cliente.
  • Habilidades de gestión del tiempo.
  • Capacidad de aprendizaje rápido, pensamiento crítico y aplicación conceptos básicos en situaciones nuevas.
  • Conocimientos en Microsoft Office.
  • Nivel de Inglés medio.
