Role description:

In the business development team, you will work closely with idealista's management and with most teams (IT, sales, finance, legal) the main responsibilities of your role will be:

  • Analyze company data and main KPIs to improve and track business' performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve the commercial and operations performance (strategy, coordination of main projects)
  • Support the definition of new services / products / processes
  • Coordinate internal projects and track results
  • Study M&A and partnership opportunities and help design the integration strategy
  • Influence company strategy with findings and proposals

Decisions and analysis made by the business development analyst will have a direct impact in the Spanish, Italian and Portuguese businesses. Decisions must therefore be tailored for each market and competitive position.

What we are looking for:

We look for a 3-4 years' experience candidate in a similar role (Big4, consulting, corporate) with robust analysis, problem-solving capabilities, knowledge of statistical concepts, good communication skills and business sense. We welcome applications from people fluent in Spanish and English who are proactive, motivated and willing to learn. Good level of Excel and Power Point is a plus.

Italian and Portuguese and especially French knowledge will also be valued.
